What you get

• An assignment sheet by email for each posting that fits your counties and work: the lands, the depth, the deliverables, the start window and how to reply. See a sample.
• No sheet when nothing fits.
• Your reply goes to the requester, with your name and the details you put in it, along with the others, in the order they came in. Nobody is ranked, and designations are never used to sort or screen anyone.
• Terms in writing before you start: the scope, the rate and who you work for.

What we cannot tell you

How many postings will come in, in which counties, or when. The exchange is new and runs by hand. We publish no count of landmen or jobs.
